I knew that Linda was the ideal teacher. She immediately understood my flexibility and posture goals. Linda has been a great teacher during our marvelous one-to-one lessons, explaining each asana step by step. She changed the practice every time, and yet I felt a great continuum. I started taking sessions with Linda in the middle of the pandemic, and she helped me pull my nutritional and exercise habits together during that exceedingly stressful time. She helped me work with and around many personal preferences and idiosyncrasies to raise my awareness around what types and qualities of foods that I’m taking in, how to be more mindful about their amounts, and what constitutes ‘full’.
We worked together over the course of a year, and in that time layered in new practices in a way that was sustainable; she was also kind and patient in helping me resume these practices when I was knocked off the horse by stress or illness.
In short, if you’re looking to build a better relationship with food and a more active lifestyle I can’t recommend her enough.

Linda is a dedicated instructor who was always prepared. She was able to create an environment conducive to learning for our students by setting up the space, including relaxing music, and receiving students with a positive attitude.
She effectively communicated each yoga pose and transition in order to motivate our students to challenge themselves and have an open mindset. In addition, she provided one to one instruction and support in order to improve posture and flexibility.
Our students were diligent and engaged to follow each movement and step. They were able to make connections to other real life activities and previous yoga lessons. Her program provided them with a positive experience and allowed them to obtain strategies to manage stressful situations.
